When you click that, the "import" will appear and you can select your saved. Once the flag is enabled and Chrome is restarted, you'll see the 3 dots in the Chrome password section. To do this, search for "password import" in Chrome flags and turn it on. Note: To re-import Chrome passwords later if needed, you actually need to turn on a Chrome flag to have the option appear in the Chrome passwords section.
